Shipping and Delivery

Courier Services: We ship orders using DTDC/india post/delhivery. If your location is not serviceable by private couriers or corrier not available at that time, we can ship via India Post (Speed Post) . If Speed Post is also unavailable, the best available postal service will be chosen. Dispatch Time: Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 8 business days after confirmation. Certain plants, such as succulents and cacti, require 2 days of drying before shipping for safe transit. During long weekends or public holidays, shipping may be delayed to avoid plants getting stuck in transit. We ship only on clear, dry weather days to ensure that packaging remains intact and humidity doesn't affect plant health. Estimated Delivery Time: - Plants: Usually delivered within 3-5 working days for most zones. Deliveries to the North-East and remote regions may take up to 7-10 working days, depending on courier logistics. - Growing Media & Accessories (if applicable): Delivered within 7-10 working days, via surface courier/Transport only (Shipping is calculated separately).

Returns and Refunds,cancellations

Our products are live plants, and therefore extremely sensitive to repeated handling and shipping. Due to the fragile and perishable nature of our items: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges for change of mind. Exceptions / Replacements: We will consider refunds or replacements only in the following cases: - Wrong item shipped - Transit damage (if due to our packing / corrier damages should be sorted with corrier we can provide insurance through corrier at extra cost quoted by corrier generally 2 percent of order value) - Dead-on-arrival, with photo proof sent within 12 hours Each case will be reviewed individually, and if eligible: - We may offer a replacement of the same or similar item. - A refund/coupon may be issued if no suitable alternative is available.

plants once sold and received by customer will not be replaced/refunded if died after receiving healthy live plant, planting, or any other circumstances, not able to grow after planting. returns refunds will not be entertained if slightly stress, leaf drop in plant as plant will regrow leaves easily with optimal care. You can reach out to us anytime after delivery for instructions, items are collectibles mostly, we recommend to start with beginner items when getting in hobby and see how it goes :)
